Steaming Ahead For STEM Success

Mendip Studio School and Writhlington School have been awarded a Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Engagement Award from STEMNET for their continued inspirational work with young people.

Writhlington School has always been a leading example of STEM success with the Science department offering students opportunities to take part in groundbreaking projects internationally and entering advanced biotechnology competitions.

Students at the Mendip Studio School have been working with The James Dyson Foundation, Advetec and other global companies to help inspire and encourage work based learning and offer real world experience.
